All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high volume periods (such as product drops), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

We cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed
Additional shipping fees may apply if the package is returned or needs to be reshipped

Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
